If you prefer the monthly payment schedule, your initial tuition payment will still be due June of 2026 and then you will pay a MONTHLY fee of $708.33 from August 1st – April 1st. Please remember that the material fee will be added onto the September payment.
FINANCE INFORMATION
Application for New Students
When you submit your child’s application, you will submit it with a one-time $50 (non-refundable) processing fee.
Second Child Discount
Groundwork Montessori offers a 15% tuition discount for each following child, after the first child is enrolled.
Material Fees
A materials fee is charged to each student at the beginning of each school year (or, time of their enrollment). This is to aid the teachers in creating meaningful variation within the classroom (changing out practical life activities, sensorial exploration activities, crafts, etc.). Often times, new materials (or parts of a material) must be replaced at the start of a new school year and this helps to cover those expenses.
Service and Late Fees
A one-time 5% service charge will be added for any payment received more than one week after it is due. This applies to the initial tuition payment and all following tuition payments.
Student Dismissal
Groundwork Montessori reserves the right to dismiss a child, at any point, due to major misconduct (verbal/physical abuse of others, personal property, or school property). If student is dismissed (either by Groundwork or Parent) there will be no refunded payments of what has already been paid to Groundwork, but, no other fees will be due after your dismissal.
Tuition Adjustment
Groundwork Montessori has the right to adjust the tuition total at the start of a new school year.
